Individual training sessions for hockey goalies at TCC work according to the following principles:

Individual lessons are the foundation of modern training. Every world-class goalkeeper has a personal coach and with TCC you can have one too.

Come and try out a private goalkeeping lesson from TCC, where you can expect, among other things:

On the ice:

• perfecting the correct technique: body posture and limbs
• basic movements and how to implement them in game situations
• adjusting angles
• solving given game situations
• video analysis

Off-ice:

• coordination
• agility and lateral movement
• body strengthening
• stretching and relaxing the body
• maintaining concentration and focus

Option of video analysis - feedback based on the video footage - this is a premium service and so requires consultation with a coach.

The aim: to improve the level of each goalkeeper by implementing skills tailored to each individual so that they can apply them as correctly as possible to their own game and develop as much as possible. Knowing your head and gaining confidence.
