In these training sessions with your young ice-hockey players, we will focus predominantly on the skating techniques, powerskating, shooting and stick control techniques, puck dribbling, creativity, and solution of the game situations proper.
The training lessons are always focused on the client’s individual needs and requirements.
Group training – 1 trainer for 3-4 players
One-on-one training – 1 trainer for 1-2 players
The lessons take place all the year round.
The offer includes fitness, technical, compensational and convalescence training sessions.
The training sessions will be adapted to the needs and requirements of your children.
The off-ice training units follow the ice training lessons, being based on the hockey movements on ice. The exercise will be accommodated to the sport and age of your child, and will follow the work of our physiotherapist to make the work with children as efficient and beneficial physically as possible.
In younger players, we concentrate especially on compensating the effects of unilateral body loading; the players strengthen their body centre and make their locomotor system stronger in general, perform coordination and balance exercises, and strengthen, relax and stretch the entire body. The exercises are chosen while taking into account the age of the players.
In older players, we concentrate on strengthening muscles in general, condition improvement, and focus on the areas of concern to the needs of the individual players.
With us, your children can undergo not only long-term and systematic preparation for the season but also continuous training during it.
One-on-one lessons can be agreed as an option to suit your needs.
