Development Program
The TCC Development Program is designed for players who want to develop under our guidance in a long-term and systematic way during the season. The program can be adjusted according to specific needs and possibilities.
We recommend the following training units on a weekly basis: 1 session consisting of 60 minutes on the ice (Individually or in a group. The more individual the training, the better we can target it to the player's needs.), 1 session of 30 minutes on the skatemill and 30 minutes of shooting range or coordination/strength exercises according to age and requirements.
All programs are tailored to the specific player based on prior consultation. Clients can choose the duration of the program themselves. For visible progress, we recommend a program duration of 3 months. Alternatively, it can last for 8 months, which covers the entire season. Clients are guaranteed specific times and dates, which they can register for using their TCC account. According to the terms and conditions, training can be canceled in case of illness or other issues. Clients only pay for the services provided, not a flat fee or deposit in advance.
We have many years of experience and proven, confirmed results. We know how to improve hockey players of all ages and skill levels, helping them reach a higher level of game skills.
That’s why we have prepared the TCC Development Program.
We offer two options, depending on the duration:
- 1) three months
- 2) eight months
Clients will receive individual attention on the ice, in the gym, at the shooting range and on the skatemill.
The Development Program includes:
- An initial analysis of the client’s actual needs, which will lead to tangible results and improvements over the specified period.
- 60 minutes of on-ice training once a week.
- 30 minutes of skating technique training on the skatemill once a week.
- 30 minutes of training at the hockey shooting range once a week (the shooting sessions will be combined with coordination or strength exercises, which will stem from a) the initial analysis of needs, b) gradual progress).
Additional Services:
- Physiotherapy (therapist specializing in performance for hockey and soccer players)
- Game report
