The ULTRA Camp is a special version of our summer program focused on maximum individual attention, high training intensity, and the detailed development of both game-related and technical skills.
Unlike the BONUS Camp, the ULTRA Camp does not include extra game-based sessions. Its strength lies in the significantly limited number of participants and the intensive, hands-on work of the coaching staff with each individual player.
Maximum individual care for every player
The ULTRA Camp accepts a maximum of:
16 players
4 goaltenders
while maintaining the principle of 1 coach per 4 players.
This model allows for
more frequent repetition of skills
more time with the puck
longer active time within drills
immediate feedback
detailed explanations and corrections during drills
As a result, players experience minimal downtime and are more actively involved throughout each training session.
On-Ice Training Structure
The ULTRA Camp includes the same number of on-ice sessions as a standard skills camp, but the content is delivered at a much higher intensity.
Morning sessions – Technique & individual skills
Focused on:
skating, puck handling, and technical fundamentals
individual game skills
correct movement execution
stick technique
Thanks to the small group sizes, there is more ice space, more time for repetitions, and greater opportunity for immediate coach feedback.
Afternoon sessions – Hockey IQ & game situations
Focused on:
reading the game
quick decision-making
game situations such as 1-on-1, 2-on-1, 3-on-2, and transition play
learning within game context
All skills are developed through game-based drills and targeted competitive situations.
Off-Ice Training – Small Groups, Same Approach
Just like on the ice, off-ice training takes place in small groups under one roof at the ice rink complex, allowing for:
more individualized movement corrections
more repetitions for each player
detailed one-on-one explanations
more precise execution of all exercises
Coaches can focus more deeply on each player, correcting posture, coordination, and overall movement habits.
Skatezone – Skatemill (Skating Analysis)
One of the key advantages of the ULTRA Camp:
more time spent on the Skatemill compared to a standard camp
training in very small groups
detailed skating technique analysis with video feedback
repeated opportunities to correct and refine technique
Additional Off-Ice Facilities
Gym: strength, stability, explosiveness, injury prevention
Gymnasium: coordination, dynamics, and speed
Synthetic ice shooting lane: stick handling and shooting technique
Outdoor playing area: skill and game-based activities
Swimming (weather permitting): recovery and compensation
Age Groups
The ULTRA Camp is designed for players born 2011–2016.
Goal of the ULTRA Camp
To provide players with an environment where they have:
maximum coach interaction
intensive technical and game-related feedback
space for frequent repetition
faster and more effective development
ULTRA Camp = high-intensity training, small groups, maximum improvement.
Bonus
The camp will be under the active professional supervision of Head Coach Tomáš Ceperko,
who currently works in Canada (Toronto) with U12 AAA to U18 AAA teams, bringing his latest experience from the birthplace of hockey directly into the training process.
Join Us!
These are the exact game skills we will focus on intensively during the summer camp!
You can expect an intensive, fun, and highly motivating program full of hockey, challenges, and team energy.
The price includes training sessions on the Skatemill and in the shooting lane.
Camp Also Suitable for Goaltenders
The camp is also suitable for goaltenders.
They will be coached by our specialized goalie coaches, especially during morning on-ice sessions, where they will have their own designated training area.
During afternoon ice sessions, goaltenders will be integrated into team drills, allowing them to immediately apply newly acquired skills in real game situations.
With a maximum of 4 goaltenders per camp, we maintain an individual approach to maximize development and provide the highest possible level of feedback.
At TCC, we know that kids need to play the game, not just train.
That’s why we include game-based training sessions, where players can compete and challenge their peers.
To maintain motivation and engagement, we use modern training methods, such as virtual reality training with NHL Sense Arena.
This innovative and engaging approach is also used by some of the best NHL goaltenders in the world.
