The BONUS Camp builds on our standard summer program and adds two extra game-based on-ice sessions, helping players transfer newly learned skills into real game situations more quickly.
The camp is built on an individual approach and the development of skills that have an immediate impact on game performance.
Extra on-ice game sessions:
Tuesday and Thursday
Main Focus of the Camp
The BONUS Camp emphasizes game-related skills that players can use immediately in competition.
During the BONUS Camp, two additional game-based sessions are included:
Older group (2011–2014): 5-on-5 full-ice play
Younger group (2015–2019): age- and skill-adjusted game formats
(small-area games, game situations, simplified game elements)
The goal is for players to actively apply skills from the main training sessions in real game play.
TCC Principle – Individual Approach
1 coach per 4–6 players
Maximum capacity per training group:
30 players
4 goaltenders
This structure allows coaches to give each player high-quality individual attention and provide regular, meaningful feedback.
Who the Camp Is For
The camp is designed for players and goaltenders born between 2011 and 2019.
Participation of children born in 2020 is possible only after prior consultation
(+420 720 227 946).
Players will be divided into age-based groups:
2011–2014
2015–2019
What Players Learn
how to read the game
how to react quickly
how to make decisions under pressure
how to use technique effectively and creatively in real situations
The extra game-based sessions serve as a direct platform for immediate implementation of newly acquired skills.
What We Develop
Younger players: skating technique, body positioning, balance, movement mechanics
Older players: game situations, game awareness, reaction speed, and connecting skills within complex game environments
Our Philosophy
We believe players improve most when they understand not only how, but also why a specific skill is used.
That’s why all training sessions are connected to game context and real situations, encouraging creativity, intuition, and natural hockey sense.
Off-Ice Training – Small Groups Like On the Ice
Off-ice preparation is an integral part of the BONUS Camp.
Just like on the ice, off-ice sessions are conducted in small groups of 4–6 players to maintain an individual approach.
Benefits for Players
more individual coaching
more precise movement and technique corrections
more time and space to perform exercises correctly
higher overall training efficiency
Off-Ice Program and Facilities
All off-ice training takes place under one roof at the ice rink complex, with access to modern facilities:
Skatezone – Skatemill
Skating technique training on a skating treadmill with video analysis.
Players improve stride execution, weight transfer, and glide technique.
Gym
Strength training focused on explosiveness, stability, and overall athletic conditioning.
Gymnasium
Compensatory, conditioning, and coordination exercises – dynamic and speed-based training that supports proper posture, reaction abilities, and injury prevention.
Additionally, we use:
a synthetic ice shooting lane for stickhandling and shooting technique
an outdoor playing area for skill and game-based activities
swimming in a natural outdoor pool, weather permitting, as recovery and a fun form of movement
Bonus
The camp will be under the active professional supervision of Head Coach Tomáš Ceperko,
who currently works in Canada (Toronto) with U12 AAA to U18 AAA teams, bringing his latest experience from the birthplace of hockey directly into the training process.
Join Us!
These are exactly the game skills we will focus on intensively during the summer camp!
You can expect an intensive, fun, and highly motivating program full of hockey, challenges, and team energy.
The price includes training sessions on the Skatemill and in the shooting lane.
Camp Also Suitable for Goaltenders
The camp is also suitable for goaltenders.
They will be coached by our specialized goalie coaches, especially during morning on-ice sessions, where they will have their own designated training area.
During afternoon ice sessions, goaltenders will be integrated into team drills, allowing them to immediately test newly acquired skills in real game situations.
With a maximum of 4 goaltenders per camp, we maintain an individual approach to maximize development and provide the highest possible level of feedback.
At TCC, we know that children primarily need to play the game, not just train.
That’s why we include game-based training sessions, where players can play, compete, and challenge their peers.
To maintain motivation and engagement, we also use modern training methods, such as virtual reality training with NHL Sense Arena.
This innovative and playful approach is also used by some of the best NHL goaltenders in the world.
