TCC Principle

1 coach per 4–6 players.
To provide maximum individual attention to each player on the ice, we work with small groups of players who are close in age or performance level during our summer skills camps.

The maximum size of one training group is 30 players and 4 goaltenders.

Who the Camp Is For:

The camp is designed for players and goaltenders born between 2011 and 2019.
Participation of children born in 2020 is possible only after prior consultation
(+420 720 227 946).

Training Groups:

Players will be divided into age-based groups:

  • 2011–2014

  • 2015–2019

Our Goal: Developing Game-Ready Skills

We focus on skills that players can apply directly in game situations.

Each training session is designed to help players:

  • read the game better,

  • react faster,

  • find effective and creative solutions in real-game scenarios.

Players receive extensive practical coaching, tips, and individual feedback that can be immediately transferred into their on-ice performance.

What We Develop

Training content is tailored to the age and skill level of the players.

  • Younger players: Focus on proper technique, body positioning, balance, and movement mechanics.

  • Older players: Connecting learned skills into complex game situations, developing game awareness, reaction speed, and decision-making under pressure.

Our Philosophy

We believe true progress happens when a player understands why and how to use a particular skill.

That’s why our training is not just about repeating techniques, but about understanding the game context.
Each training block is linked to game-based drills that encourage creativity, intuition, and natural hockey sense.

Off-Ice Training – Also in Small Groups

Off-ice preparation is an integral part of the camp.
Just like on the ice, many off-ice sessions are conducted in small groups to maintain an individual approach.

Our off-ice program focuses on developing strength, coordination, dynamics, and proper movement patterns.

All off-ice training takes place under one roof at the ice rink complex, with access to modern facilities:

Skatezone – Skatemill

Skating technique training on a skating treadmill with video analysis.
Players refine their stride mechanics, weight transfer, and glide efficiency.

Gym

Strength training focused on explosiveness, stability, and overall athletic performance.

Gymnasium

Compensatory, conditioning, and coordination exercises – dynamic and speed-based training supporting proper posture, reaction abilities, and injury prevention.

In addition, we also use:

  • a synthetic ice shooting lane for stickhandling and shooting technique,

  • an outdoor playing area for skill and game-based activities,

  • and, weather permitting, swimming in a natural pool as a form of recovery and fun physical activity.

Bonus

The camp will be under the active professional supervision of Head Coach Tomáš Ceperko,
who currently works in Canada (Toronto) with U12 AAA to U18 AAA teams, bringing his latest experience directly from the birthplace of hockey into the training process.

Join Us!

These are exactly the game skills we will fully focus on during the summer camp!
You can expect an intensive, fun, and motivating program full of hockey, challenges, and team energy.

The price includes training sessions on the Skatemill and in the shooting lane.

Camp Also Suitable for Goaltenders

Goaltenders will be coached by our specialized goalie coaches, especially during morning on-ice sessions, where they will have their own designated training space.

During afternoon ice sessions, goaltenders will be integrated into team drills, allowing them to immediately apply newly acquired skills in real game situations.

With a maximum of 4 goaltenders per camp, we maintain an individual approach to maximize development and provide the highest-quality feedback.

At TCC, we know that children primarily need to play the game, not just train.
That’s why we also include game-based training sessions, where players can compete and enjoy hockey with their peers.

To keep motivation high, we use modern training methods, including virtual reality training with NHL Sense Arena.
This innovative and playful method is also used by some of the best NHL goaltenders in the world.
